NUMBER
Described here is the procedure for modifying a NUMBER object. After selecting the NUMBER
object to be modified, select MODIFY OBJECT; the screen shown below will be displayed.

The range of possible settings for each item is described below.
(a) POS. (display position)
The display start position is set by specifying coordinates. The top left corner of the screen
is taken as the X,Y reference point (0,O).
x-axis setting: A multiple of 8 with 0 as the reference, s 232
If a number which is not a multiple of 8 is set, it is automatically corrected by discarding
the remainder. Example: X:202

y-axis setting: 0 to 112
Note:

The maximum input value for the start coordinate (232) is determined by the size set
in
(2) below. I f numbers whose size is too large are selected the message "SETTING
I S INCORRECT" will be displayed on attempting to register the object. Choose a
setting that will allow the numerals to fit in the screen area.
(b) SIZE
It is possible to set magnifications of x l to x8 in the vertical direction and x l to x4 in the
horizontal direction.
