Described here is the procedure for modifying a DATE object. After selecting the DATE object
to be modified, select MODIFY OBJECT; the screen shown below will be displayed.

If a number which is not a multiple of 8 is set, it is automatically corrected by discarding
the remainder.

Set the size of the characters to be displayed. It is possible to set magnifications of x l to x8
in the vertical direction and x l to x4 in the horizontal direction.
(c) ATTR. (character attribute)
Set to determine whether the displayed characters are displayed normally or highlighted.
(d) TYPE
Set the display format.
Displayed in SHORT format (17lAUGl1992) or with the day of the week in NORMAL format
(1 7lAUGl1992 (wed)).
(e) Registration
When all settings are completed the message SETTING? will be displayed. If the setting is
correct, press the [ENTER] key at OK to register it.
However, if the error message "SETTING IS INCORRECT is displayed, clear the error
message by pressing the [CLEAR] key and set acceptable settings.
This error message is likely to occur when the position (POS.) is within the screen coordinate
range but the SlZE is too large, making display impossible.
Select CANCEL to start the modification procedure again from the POS. setting.
