ü A calibration master gauge or tool for which the contour is parallel to the vertical axis of the camera is inserted in the
tool mounting.
1. Release the locking of the quick adjustment, move the tower and optical unit into position.

2. Using the infinite fine adjustment, move the camera into the blue-white rectangle of the measurement field.
3. The angle display with show the difference between the vertical contour of the calibration master gauge and the ver-
tical axis of the camera.

The value must lie within +/- 0.02° tolerance, i.e. between 179.98° and 0.02°.

If the value is not achieved, align the camera.
4. Using a 3 mm hexagon L-wrench, release the cover of the anti-rotation arm and tower.
5. Using a 4 mm hexagon L-wrench, release the fixing screws on the anti-rotation arm of the camera.

6. Cautiously rotate the camera until the maximum permissible value is achieved.
7. Tighten the screws.

The camera is now aligned.

NOTICE! During alignment do not disturb the working distance of the camera. The working distance from the
camera housing to the centre of the tool mounting must be 108mm.
