1. Using the dynamic focus display [} Page 49], rotate the tool/calibration mandrel to the largest displacement.
2. Press Next point to start the pixel calibration.
» A green rectangle appears on the screen.
3. Using the infinite fine adjustment to move the calibration edge into the green rectangle.
4. Press Next point to continue the pixel calibration.
5. For each pixel, use the infinite fine adjustment to move the calibration edge into the green rectangle.
» Pixel calibration ends automatically when the last pixel is reached (18/18).

Parallelism calibration

Parallelism calibration allows parallelism errors between the Z-axis and the rotary spindle/rotary axis to be corrected.
ü The date of the last parallelism calibration is shown in the measurement software.
ü Insert a plug gauge of sufficient length (300-500 mm) into the tool mounting.
