Communication operation and setting
 Description of normal response
1) to 4) (including CRC check) of the normal response are the same as those of the query message.
Example: To write 0.5s (H05) to 41007 (Pr. 7) at the slave address 25 (H19) and 1s (H0A) to 41008 (Pr.8).
