Detection ranges / detection levels
Seated persons

Detection seated
Presence detectors are required for movement detection of seated persons. Only presence
detectors have the necessary detection sensitivity.
Seated persons must be completely within the detection range.
With higher installation, the detection range becomes larger, but the detection density smaller.
The shorter the distance between the person to be detected and the presence detector, the
smaller the movement can be that is still detected. Ideally the maximum mounting height is 3.5
m.
