WARNING:
Always wear protective shoes when oper-
ating the lift.
1. Place the chassis of the trolley on the floor. Engage
the central brake.
2. The bracket with T-slot of the top of the column.
T-slots runs along the entire back of the column.
3. The upper cross-member bracket with T-slot
bar. On delivery this bracket is fixed to the cross-
member.
4. The lower cross-member bracket with T-slot bar.
On delivery this bracket is fixed to the cross-
member. Mounting: Slide the T-slot on the back of
the column into the upper bracket on the cross-
member. Place the column at the cross-member
over the lower cross-member bracket. Side in the
T-slot on the back of the column to the T-slots bar
of the lower bracket.
5. On delivery the control unit are attached to the
mounting shelf. Slide the shelf into the T-slot on
the back of the column.
6. The cable from crossmember to the electrical
control unit determines the height of the shelf with
the control unit. Connect the contact, secure with
its toggle lock. Make sure the cable is straight.
7. Fix the shelf with the two screws.
8. Slide the handlebar into the T-slot on the back
of the column. Use the two knobs to lock the
handlebars at the desired height.
9. The battery unit will be placed under the electrical
control unit on the shelf. Lift the battery unit by
the handles at each gable of the battery unit.
Angle the far and bottom side of the battery unit
towards the holder. Then slide the battery in.
Release the handles.
(To remove the battery unit, refer to chapter 5.2
Remove the battery unit from trolley)
10. Insert the hand controller into its holder. Connect
the cable from the hand control to the control unit.
Heavy load!
11. Push the lever down on the hand control to make
the column go down to its lowest position.
12. The column should now stand directly on the
cross-member.
13. Use 13 mm wrench to tighten the nut on the lower
cross-member bracket,15 Nm.
14. Use 13 mm wrench to tighten the two nuts on
upper cross-member bracket,15 Nm.
15. Attach the tool to the load carrier.
Note, once the column has been mounted/remounted
perform the static load test,
chapter 4 "Set up".
