Sub-frame
Removal
Remove
the seat (page
2- 2).
Loosen the
air
f
ilter connecting tube clamp screw.
Remove
the three sub-frame mounting bolts.
Remove
the sub-frame by pulling it straight
backward.
Installation
Loosely attach the upper and
lower
ends of the sub-frame to
the main-frame while connecting the expansion chamber to the
silencer pipe with the
joint
rubber and the air filter
connecting
wbe to the carburetor.
Tighten
the screw
on the
connecting
tube
c
lamp.
Tighten
the
sub-frame
mounting
bolts and nut to the specified
torque.
Torque:
