Remove the drive shaft nut.
Remove
the
drive shaft
lever and
pinion
gear. then remove the
drive shaft from
the left
side.
Inspection
Check the drive shaft wear or damage.
Check the each gear
wear
or damage.
Turn
the each bearing inner race with your finger.
The bearing should turn smoothly and quietly.
Also check
that
the
bearing
outer race has not been spinning in
it
s
seat.
Discard the bearing
if
t
he
race does not turn smoothly and
quietly,
or if they
have been
spinning in its seat.

Remove
the bearing using the special tools.
