Crankcase/Crankshaft/Transmission
Install
the collar onto the
crankshaft.
Install the primary drive
gear
and washer.
Temporarily install the clutch outer guide, needle
bearing
and
clutch outer onto the
mainshaft.
Attach the gear holder between the primary
drive and driven
gear.

Install
and tighten
the
primary drive gear bolt
to
the specified
torque.
Torque:
45
N•m (4.5
kg-m,
33 ft•lb)
Install the
remaining parts
in
the
reverse
order of
removal.
