Install the clutch center onto the mainshaft

Install
the thrust washer
.
Align the groove of a new
lock
washer with a rib on the clutch center and slip it
into
place on
the mainshaft.
Install
the
clutch center nut and tighten the
nut
to the specified
torque while holding the clutch center with the clutch
center
holder.

Bend the
tabs
of
the
lock washer up against the clutch center
nut.
Coat
the
clutch plates with clean transmission oil.
Install
the seven
friction
discs and six clutch plates alternately.
starting with a disc.
