ADJUSTING MIRROR ARM STOPS
DISASSEMBLY OF MIRROR ARM

At inside of mirror arm, loosen lock nut retaining
bumper screw to arm. With mirror arm to bracket
tension slack, swing arm each way to extreme end of
travel, touching coach body, windshield or window
glass. Turn out bumper screw to provide sufficient
clearance to prevent glass, body or mirror damage.
Secure bumper screw by tightening bumper screw
lock nut.
At mirror end of arm, loosen set screw (12) to
relieve spring tension on ball stud
(7).
Remove _four
screws (5) which attach ball stud cap (6) to mirror
arm (11 ). Remove cap, ball stud
(7),
ball stud seat
(8), spring (9) and spring retainer (10) from ~rm. At
bracket end of arm, remove screw (14) attaching cap
nut (15) to arm stud (21). Remove cap nut. Rem_ove
cotter pin (13) from jam nut (16) remove nut, fibre
