INFO
If you need more detailed information about the specifications of the inverter, request document

2.1. Overview

The basic purpose of an inverter is to convert the direct current generated by the PV array into alternating current
to feed into the electricity grid. Additionally, its purpose is to find the maximum power point in the PV array and
comply with the minimum requirements for the different electric grid support regulations.
The power structure of these inverters achieves a high performance with a flat curve, minimizing the cost and
weight of the inverter.
These inverters have two distinct parts: the top compartment and the lower compartment.
CAUTION
All the tasks required for the correct use and maintenance of the inverter are carried out in the lower
compartment.
The top compartment must not be opened under any circumstances. If it is opened the warranty will be voided.
These inverters do not have a transformer for the connection of PV arrays isolated from the electricity grid. It is
offered in two versions, which are described below.

2.2. Versions

Depending on the installation requirements there are four versions of these units: STD, STD Q at Night, PRO and
PRO Q at Night.
The electricity grid uses the reactive power to stabilize the system and prevent disturbances. The reactive power
does not contribute to the distribution of active power, which is the main objective of the grid, but it helps to
distribute it in a more stable way.
