Measured value filter

Each acceleration axis has a digital measured value filter that can be individually enabled and configured.
In the factory setting, the measured value filters of all acceleration axes are disabled.
The measured value filters influence the EtherCAT synchronization mode of the device:
• All filters disabled: "Synchron" synchronization mode.
• One or more filters enabled: "Free Run" synchronization mode.
5.2.4.1
Enable
Measured value jumps when enabling or disabling a filter
When a filter is enabled or disabled, short-term measured value jumps can occur in the process data that
do not correspond to the physical values.
Invalid measured values with incorrect sampling rate
If one or more filters are activated and the sampling rate is not in the factory setting, invalid measured
values may be output.
• Make sure that the sampling rate is in the factory setting before enabling a measured value filter.
See chapter Sampling rate [} 29].
Set parameter 80n0:0:06 "Enable filter" to TRUE, to enable a filter.
