Support Installation

1. Using a suitable lifting device, support the platform sup-
port and position it on the rotator.
NOTE: The platform support weighs approximately 77 lbs. (35 kg).
2. Install the rotator center bolt.
3. Apply JLG Threadlocker P/N 0100011 to the bolts and
washers securing the support to the rotator and install
the bolts and washers.
4. Torque the nut on the rotator center bolt to 250-270 ft.
lbs. (339-366 Nm). Torque the retaining bolts to 40 ft. lbs.
(55 Nm).

5. Position the platform on the platform support and
install the bolts securing the platform to the platform
support.
6. Remove tag and reconnect the hydraulic lines to the
rotator.
7. Connect the electrical cables to the platform control
console.
