The ALLmin register specifies the total of the minimum number of guaranteed cells. Before enabling the switching
operation by using the CMD register, be sure to set the value calculated by the following expression to the CMD
register. Once the switching operation has been enabled, do not re-set ALLmin register; otherwise, queue
management cannot be guaranteed and the µ PD98410 will malfunction.
