4.5.3 Class-3 Connection
Class-3 Connection is a cyclic connection using UDP transport. The EtherNet/IP interface supports maximum 6 Class-3 connections.
This type of connection is used for explicit messaging.
The connection is established with a forward open-command.

4.5.4 Unconnected Messages, UCMM
The Unconnected Messages, UCMM is a non-cyclic connection using TCP transport. This connection is used for explicit messaging.
The connection is established on-the-fly and does not require a forward open-command.

The speed reference is scaled as a normalized relative value in percent (N2). The value is transmitted in hexadecimal:

0% = 0 hex
•
100% = 4000 hex
•
-100% = C000 hex
