ANSI Mode Code Information
The Z-29 Terminal recognizes the following ASCII characters
while it is operating in the ANSI mode.

BEL Sounds a tone.
BS Backspace. Moves the cursor one posi-
tion to the left. If it is at the left end of
the screen, nothing happens.
011 9 9 HT Tab. Moves the cursor to the next tab
stop.
012 1 O A LF Line Feed. Advances the cursor to the
next line. At the bottom of the screen,
it scrolls text up one line.
015 13 D CR Carriage Return . Moves the cursor to the
first character position in the current line.
Nothing happens if the cursor is already
at the first character position.
016 14 E SO Shift Out. Selects the G 1 character set
as designated by the SCS control se-
quence.
017 15 F SI Shift In. Selects the GO character set as
designated by the SCS control se-
quence.
030 24 18 CAN Cancel. Cancels the current escape se-
quence.
033 27 1 B ESC Escape.
