Solution
Check whether the power
supply unit is connected to the
device and the power supply at
the installation site.
If required: Connect the
AC adapter.
Adjust the parameters in the
"Ambient conditions"
submenu.
Change the installation site.
Remove the foreign object.
Calibrate the device.
Tare the device.
Hold down the palm-operated
key. If the problem continues
to occur: Contact Sartorius
Service.
