EXCHANGING THE PUMP HOSE

ü Disconnect the surface finishing machine from the power sup-
ply and secure it against being switched on again.
ü Drain the water from the water tank and collect it in a suitable
vessel.
1. Remove the screws from the housing cover of the hose cover.

2. Remove the housing cover, undo the hose clips.
3. Remove the hose.
4. Lubricate the external sleeve of the new hose with suitable
lubricant.
5. Fit the new hose.

6. Position the hose clips, make sure they are correctly seated,
and tighten the hose clips.
» Installation of the hose is now complete
7. Insert the housing cover.
8. Wet the screws with suitable thread locking agent.

9. Tighten the housing cover screws.

11. Faults and troubleshooting

Disconnect the power supply

connect them again.
Check the voltage.

play.
Check the emergency stop switch.
Remedy the fault and unlatch the
emergency stop switch.
Check the frequency inverter.
Check the Profinet connection
and supply cables.
Check the fuse.
Check for error messages.
Check the PLC. Restart the surface
finishing machine. If necessary,
contact Hoffmann Group cus-
tomer service.
