11.1. Environment

Description Specification
Ex certification Robot and docking station are IECEx and ATEX certified.
Certified ambient -40C to +55C maximum.

-40C to +50C if fitted with Pepperl + Fuchs switches, a Falco 1.1 VOC
range
module and/or a Dome PTZ.
-20C to +55C if fitted with Honeywell 3000 Mk II toxic gas module.
Equip. protection Gb (Zone 1 - a place in which an explosive atmosphere consisting of a
level mixture with air or flammable substances in the form of gas, vapour or
mist is likely to occur in normal operation occasionally)
Explosion group IIB (ethylene)
Temperature T4 (maximum surface temperature 135C)

Ingress Equivalent to IP55. Suitable for tropical, arctic and desert climates

Operating -40C to -20C: LiDAR may fail so only remote control is possible. Always
temperature charge in a location that's warner than -20C
range
-20C to +55C: Normal performance.
Corrosion Resists salt water, hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulphide and other acidic
liquids.
Winds Resists gale force winds
