Switch off diesel engine and remove ignition key.
Maintain an after-running time of 2 minutes.

Disconnect battery, first negative then positive terminal.
3
Connect negative terminal of the welding appliance in the vicinity of
the weld.
4
Pay attention to the components in the vicinity of the weld.
5
Reconnect all connection plugs after welding.
