This release improves the operation of the TAP.
Resolved Issue
Using the new firmware, the library robotics can now move a tape
magazine to a chamber, even when the magazine is not properly
positioned in the TAP.

Release Notes
Problem: After entering an Observatory license key in the Option
Enablement pane of the System Setup screen, the key indicates that
SNMP is enabled. The Spectra T200 and T380 libraries do not currently
support using SNMP.
Work-around: Do not use SNMP when monitoring the library.
Problem: The library's RLC cannot be accessed using a web browser
when SSL is enabled.
Work-around: Do not enable SSL.
