Remote Access Using Remote Library Controller (RLC)
Number of Simultaneous Sessions
Do not start and run more than two (2) RLC sessions simultaneously.
Heavy usage causes a Page cannot be displayed error.
Supported Browsers
Remote access to the library through the RLC is only supported using the
following web browsers:
When accessing the library remotely through a web browser, do not use the Enter

key on your keyboard when making selections or entering information in any of the
text fields in the BlueScale user interface. Various web browsers handle the Enter
key differently, causing inconsistent behavior in the BlueScale web interface.
Always use your mouse to make selections and click the buttons in BlueScale
screens instead of using your keyboard.

AutoSupport User
The default AutoSupport user (autosupport@spectralogic.com) is
dedicated to opening support tickets. It cannot receive auto-generated
messages. Any configuration settings that send messages or files to the
default AutoSupport user are deleted unless they are specifically requested
by SpectraGuard Support.

Certain firmware package upgrades may cause the Power Control
Module (PCM) to fail with a timeout. If you encounter this problem,
reboot the library and retry the upgrade.
If you receive a message that your library's compact flash card is full
when attempting to do a firmware upgrade, contact SpectraGuard
Support for guidance (see
