Problem
The EC and serial number information for the
TAP, FCM and PCM shown on the Display EC
Information screen is invalid.
Sending an email to a non-responsive SMTP
server locks up the LCM.
Retrieving large traces causes the main LC/RLC
screen to go white. The Toolbar remains
present.
IBM LTO-4 Fibre Channel drive firmware
versions 8940 or later are incompatible with
BlueScale firmware versions earlier than 10.4.0.

Sending three or more abort commands to the robot (SCSI medium
changer) in a QIP-based partition no longer causes the QIP to mark the
transporter as failed.
When using two or more LTO-3 or LTO-4 drives in the library, selecting
Metrics from the General toolbar now displays the Metrics screen when
you are connected to the library using the RLC with Drive Performance
Monitoring and SSL enabled.
When creating a direct-attach SCSI partition, the default SCSI ID
displayed for each drive is 0 if it has never been set, or if it has been set,
default to its last known value.
An issue specific to BlueScale10.2.0-20080512F that could potentially
lead to a loss of library configuration has been resolved.

Ignore this information.
Make sure you have a valid email address.
If you get a white main screen, use the Toolbar to
navigate to any other screen.
1. Upgrade the library firmware to BlueScale10.4.0
or later.
2. Upgrade the drive firmware or add the drive
with the new firmware.
Caution! DO NOT install earlier releases of
the drive firmware or the drive sled
firmware in an attempt to make the drive
and library firmware levels match.
