Tire

The tire connects the motorcycle and ground, it is very important, the incorrect specification and status is very bad for
motorcycle performance.
The tire pressure in tire
·The wrong tire pressure makes its working life shorter.
·Too low the tire pressure makes difficult turning,
and speed up the tire wear-out.
·Too high the tire pressure decreases the contact area
between tire and ground, which is easy to skid and out of
control.
When driving in high speed, the centrifugal force may open
the air valve core on the tire, to avoid the sudden air leakage,
we equip it a rubber with metallic liner, cap and connect with
air valve core by thread.
·The pressure of tire's air charging rises with tire temperature,
so adjust the tire charging pressure when it is cold and its
temperature almost the same with surroundings.
Check the limit of tire wear-out
·The tire surface is with the mark of wear-out.
·In case the tire tread already reached the mark, which means the tire could not be used
any more.
·The wear-out mark is near the TWI mark at tire edge, the wear-out mark is in the water
drainage groove on tire tread, which is a protrusion, when the protrusion is worn out,
means the tire already worn out and need to be replaced.
·The worn out tire may get penetrated and bring motorcycle out of control.
·When the depth of tire tread reached the minimum limit, its performance and gripping
force may largely fall down.

The incorrect tire pressure is not only bad for performance,
but also lead to accident.
Overloading may lead to tire failure and bring motorcycle
out of control.
Make monthly inspection on tire pressure.

tire pressure as table below.
