Recovery
Use Jumper JPME1 to select ME
Firmware Recovery mode, which will
limit resource allocation for essential
system operation only in order to
maintain normal power operation and
management. In the single operation
mode, online upgrade will be available
via Recovery mode. See the table on
the right for jumper settings.
Manufacture Mode Select
Close Pin 2 and Pin 3 of Jumper
JPME2 to bypass SPI flash security
and force the system to operate in
the Manufacture Mode, allowing the
user to flash the system firmware
from a host server for system setting
modifications. See the table on the
right for jumper settings.
I2C Bus to PCI-Exp. Slots
Jumpers JI C1 and JI
2
to connect the System Management
Bus (I C) to PCI-Express slots. The

default setting is Open to disable the
connection. See the table on the right
for jumper settings.
InfiniBand (IB) Enable
Jumper JIB1 allows the user to enable
the onboard InfiniBand connector for
the X9DRT-PIBF serverboard. The
default setting is 1-2 to enable the
connection. See the table on the right
for jumper settings.
