12. TROUBLE SHOOTING
When the engine cannot be started:
Is there fuel in the tank?
YES
Are the engine switch and fuel
tap ON?
YES
Is the fuel cap vent lever ON?
YES
Does the choke knob pull out?
YES
Is there enough oil in the
engine?
YES
Is the spark plug in good
condition?
YES
Is the fuel in the carburetor
good?
YES
If the engine still does not start,
contact with an authorized
dealer
Refill the fuel tank
NO
Turn the two switches on
NO
Turn the fuel cap vent lever on
NO
Pull
out
completely
NO
Add the recommended oil
NO
Clean, readjust gap and dry
the spark plug. Replace it if
NO
necessary
Turn anticlockwise drain screw
on the bottom of the carburetor

to drain out the bad fuel in the
carburetor
