Enable the Global IGMP Snooping.
Enable unregistered IPMCv4 traffic flooding.
The flooding control takes effect only when IGMP Snooping is enabled.
When IGMP Snooping is disabled, unregistered IPMCv4 traffic flooding is always
active in spite of this setting.
