Description
An error has been detected
when water was supplied to
the humidifier unit.
An error has been detected
when water was supplied to

The humidifier drain tank is
not installed.

Remedy
Make sure the humidifier is supplied with water.
Check and see if the water supply tube is
disconnected, torn, broken, or contaminated
with air.
If the problem persists, please contact your
dealer.
Make sure that the water supply pressure to the
humidifier is not too high.
If the problem persists, please contact your
dealer.
Check and see if any source produces a loud
noise near the printer.
If the problem persists even after reactivating
the printer, please contact your dealer.
Make sure that the humidifier drain tank is
installed.
