5. Clean the bearing inside surface and install the rotor in the same direction as
disassembled. Slide the rotor onto the shaft and journal. Simultaneously slide the
journal and rotor along the shaft to the upstream cone.

6. For NPS 1.5 meter the downstream cone is welded to the downstream spring clip
assembly. For NPS 2 and 2.5 meters place the thrust washer in the counterbore on
the downstream cone face, polished side out. Install the downstream cone, large
diameter end first, onto the shaft and slide along the shaft to the rotor.
