6. For NPS 1.5 meter the upstream cone is welded to the spring clip assembly.

Note
Thrust washer may remain in cone but may be loose. Be careful not to drop it. On
uni-directional meters upstream and downstream cones are different.
7. Remove shaft form upstream end of meter.
