A computer cannot be connected directly using a coaxial
cable. It must go through a MoCA bridge to connect. The
bridge converts the coax (MoCA) signal to an Ethernet
signal the computer can understand. The Fios Router has an
integrated MoCA bridge.
First, check the connection and verify all cables are
connected correctly. Then verify the Gateway is still
connected and
check the Ethernet connection to the Gateway from the
computer.

No. In Windows 7, unplug the Ethernet cable or wireless card,
then plug it back in.

If you cannot access the GUI, verify the computer connected
to your Gateway is set up to dynamically receive an IP
address.
