・Explanation
Performs the mechanical origin return operation of the actuator. The G command is not required.
During the Origin Return operation, the RUN LED blinks. The light turns off after returning to the origin. If a stop
command is issued during the origin return operation, the origin return is interrupted.
・Caution
During the machine origin return operation, no operation other than stop command and confirmation command is
accepted.
The machine origin return position is near the stroke end of the actuator's -direction.
The coordinate value after returning to the origin will be 0.
When sending the M command after returning to the origin, indicate + direction.
