WARRANTY

WARRANTY
In order to make use of the warranty service, exclusively tools and spare parts from Zirkonzahn
should be used.
The compressed air supply must be free of oil vapours and moisture (according to ISO 8573-1:2010).
Failure to do so could result in damage to the milling spindle.
From the moment the new milling unit is delivered, Zirkonzahn grants a warranty of 12 months for
the equipment (except for wear parts).
If the device is passed on to third parties, the warranty obligation is recognized only if the passing
on occurs within the set warranty period of 12 months.

WARRANTY CLAIM

For warranty claims the customer must prove the date of purchase (i.e. copy of invoice).
The warranty includes, solely at the discretion of Zirkonzahn, the free replacement of the
entire device or of the part recognised by Zirkonzahn as defective (material or production defect).

LOSS OF WARRANTY

The loss of the warranty claim occurs in the following cases:
- Poor maintenance.
- Not proper, non-intended use.
