CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Incorrect cleaning or failure to follow cleaning instructions might damage
single components or seriously endanger operators!
Before cleaning works of any kind, it must be ensured that the closing monitoring functions
correctly. If the lighting colour in the interior does not change to another colour when the front
plate is opened, there is a defect and the milling unit could start unintentionally even when the
front plate is open.
The M2 milling unit has an automatic cleaning mechanism. This completes the manual cleaning,
but does not replace it.

SAFETY MEASURES WHEN CLEANING THE DEVICE

Wear protection mask, safety goggles and protective gloves when cleaning the device
(risk of injury through shavings).
When designing the device we assumed that all operators have a basic technical knowledge.
Therefore, all cleaning works can be easily carried out without professional help. In case of
uncertainties, contact Zirkonzahn's Support Team.
The use of compressed air is prohibited.
Only use cleaning agents recommended by Zirkonzahn.
