For second-level support, the laser module must be connected to the internet. TeamViewer Version 8.0 or higher must be
installed on the servicing laptop.
Procedure:
Prepare laser module according to 9.5.

Connect service laptop to internet.
3.
Call service centre.
4.
Start TeamViewer and commit access data to service centre.
