Export complete surgeon database from
device with SW 1.5.x to USB according
to 7.2.
Insert the USB stick containing the ex-
ported surgeon database into the USB
port of your laptop.
Start the software for the conversion of
the surgeon database.
(OS 4_Database_Conversion.exe)
Click on the „Browse db-files" button and
select exported database.
After successful loading of the file (Sta-
tus „File loaded"), start the conversion
process by clicking on „Start conversion".
Successful conversion is indicated by the
display of the status message „Database
export completed" and is confirmed by a
green background of the status field.
The converted database has been stored
at the place of origin (normally on the
USB stick). The original database has
been stored as a backup copy with the
ending of the corresponding scheme ver-
sion.
The software of the device can now be
updated to software package 2.0.x
(12).
Following a successful software update,
the converted database has to be loaded
into the device according to 7.2.
Export surgeon database from device
with SW 1.4.0 to USB according to 7.2.
Insert the USB stick containing the ex-
ported surgeon database into the USB

the surgeon database.
