Accidental Reboot
In the event of a power interruption or a communication loss due to a strong ESD or EFT event, the
handset controller will reboot and return to the Main Menu. If the screen shows the device number at
the top, then communication has been re-established successfully. You may proceed with normal
operation of the equipment. If it does not, but instead displays a list of possible device numbers, then
the handset controller is having trouble communicating with the equipment. See Troubleshooting
chapter for information on how to resolve this problem.
