Causes and solutions
(In remote printer mode) Cannot attach to the print server.
For some reason, the print server is refusing the connec-
tion. Check the print server configuration.
The speed of the network (10 Mbps or 100 Mbps)
The IP address <current IP address> was received from
the DHCP server.
The current IPX address
DHCP lease time has expired. The printer tries to locate
the DHCP server again. The IP address used till now be-
comes invalid.
The DHCP server cannot be found. Make sure the DHCP
server is running on the network.
A dhcpcd (DHCP client service) has started.
The same IP address is in use. Every IP address must be
unique. Check the address of the device indicated in
<MAC address>.
(In remote printer mode) A connection to the print server
has been established.
lpd service has ended and the system is closing.
(In print server mode) Exits the print server because the
necessary print server settings have not been made.
