For example, if the red bright spots are not concentrated on a certain point on the surface of
the object, but are refracted by the surface of the object to cause red spots on multiple surfaces, the
accurate distance value will not be measured, and the test value will not be displayed on the
software interface.
E. After closing the "Infrared Measurement" software, open the software again and conduct the
measurement operation.
F. Do not use the instrument in extreme temperatures or large temperature fluctuations, otherwise
the accuracy of the instrument may be affected. In the case of large temperature fluctuations,
the instrument should be stabilized by standing before use.
--- Problem scenario: The results of the measurement show up slowly.
Solution: Please keep the instrument stable and wait patiently for the software interface to display
the result. The measured value is usually displayed in about 0.3 seconds and no more than 4
seconds at the latest. The time required for measurement depends on the distance, illumination
conditions, and reflection characteristics of the target surface.
⑥ Maintenance and Cleaning
--- The optical components of the instrument must be kept clean at all times, and the instrument shou ld
be shut down in advance when cleaning.
--- When there is dust on the laser emitting port, receiving lens and camera, use a soft cloth and wet the
cloth with water or neutral screen cleaner before wiping. Do not use acid or alkaline detergents for
cleaning, and do not use solvents such as alcohol for cleaning.
--- Care should be taken to clean the receiving lens and camera, just as you would clean lenses for
glasses and cameras.
--- Do not put the instrument in water or other liquids.
