6 Carefully remove the pins from the box.

Insert the pins, making sure to match the leads on the pin with the leads on the terminal blocks. Orient
the detector pins as shown in the image below (left).

NOTE: The above orientation is recommended for best results with 1/2-inch samples; however, other ori-
