DXF Getting Started Guide
Function
Provides inert gas to EM Detector Assembly.
Provides inert gas to the EM Furnace Core and Chamber
Backfill.
Provides power and control commands to the Detector Head
Assembly.
Provides power to the vacuum gauge and communication to
the controller.
Entry port for cryogenic coolant to cool furnace below ambi-
ent temperature.
Exhaust port for cryogenic coolant (typically nitrogen gas in
normal operation).
Provides communication between the computer and the EM.
Provides communication between the DXF and the EM.
Provides communication between the DXF and the EM.
Provides power to the Cryogenic Coolant Control Solenoid
Valve.
Powers the EM.
Provides EM Sample Temperature to the DXF.
Provides EM Furnace Temperature to the DXF.
