Stored procedure for removing or replacing an existing access phone number
assigned to a subscriber. Compatible with v. 1.30.0 or later of the software.
To remove an access number without replacing it, set LocalNewAccNum to an
empty string. The procedure fails if the number you're removing is the
subscriber's only access number (a subscriber must have at least one access
phone number).
Specify all parameters. The constraints column shows specific value or range
constraints. For syntax rules and constraints applicable to all parameters, see
"Calling Stored Procedures"
