Metratech billing account flag. 0: Not
processed;1: Being processed, but not
completed yet; 2: Completed.
Password changeable by subscriber.
0: No; 1: Yes.
Dial-Out Prefix, a number to dial before the
dial-out number when dialing out.
Dial- Out Postfix, a number to dial after the
dial-out number when dialing out.
