the "Self-Repair" section below, repairs
must be performed by registered
professional technicians to avoid safety
issues. A Registered Professional Mechanic
is a professional technician who has been
given access to the instructions and spare
parts list of this product by the
manufacturer, in accordance with the
methods described in legal decrees in
accordance with Directive 2009/125/EC.
However, the maintenance and repair work
under the warranty conditions may only be
carried out by the specialized
representative (ie authorized professional
technicians) who can be reached at the
telephone number stated in the user
manual/warranty card or through your
authorized dealer. For this reason, repairs
performed by professional technicians (not
authorized bybekō) void the warranty.
Self-repair
The self-repair can be performed by the
end user with regard to the following spare
parts: door, hinges and seal, other seals,
door latch assembly and plastic peripherals
such as detergent compartments (an

In addition, to ensure the safety of the
product and avoid the risk of serious injury,
the stated self-repair must be performed in
accordance with the instructions in the self-
repair manual or available in
support.beko.com .From safety over-
weighings, unplug the product before
attempting self-repair.
Repairs and attempted repairs by end users
of parts not included in this list and/or
which do not follow the instructions in the
self-repair manual or available in
support.beko.com not adhered to may
result in security issues that cannot be
attributed tosupport.beko.comand these
will void the warranty of the product.
For this reason, we strongly discourage
end-users from attempting repairs on their
own that fall outside the listed spare parts
list and using an authorized professional
technician or registered professional
technicians in such situations. However,
such attempts by end users may cause
safety issues, damage the product, and
result in fire, flood, electric shock, and
serious personal injury.
As an example, but not limited to, the
following repairs should be performed by
authorized professional technicians or
registered professional technicians: motor,
pump assembly, main board, motor panel,
display panel, heater, etc.
The manufacturer/seller cannot be held
liable if end users do not follow the above
instructions
The spare parts availability of the washing
machine or washer-dryer you have
purchased is 10 years. During this period,
the original spare parts are available for the
correct operation of the washing machine
or washer-dryer combination.
