To clean the dirty filter and drain the water:
1. Unplug the product from the wall outlet
to disconnect the power supply.
The temperature of the water in the
product can reach up to 90 ºC. To
avoid the risk of fire, the filter must
be cleaned after the water in the
product has cooled.
2. Open the filter cover.
3. Follow the procedures below to drain
water.

First read the chapter "Safety
instructions"!
The programs do not start after the
loading door is closed.
• Start / Pause / Cancel button not
pressed. >>> Press the Start / Pause /
Cancel button.
• Overloading can make it difficult to close
the loading door. >>> Limit the amount
of laundry and make sure the loading
door is closed properly.
If the product does not have an
emergency water drain hose, to drain
the water you must:
• Place a large container at the end of the
hose to collect the water from the filter.
• If the pump filter starts to leak, unscrew it
(counterclockwise). Direct the running
water into the container placed in front
of the filter. Have a cloth ready to clean
any splashed water.
• Turn the pump filter completely and remove
it if you notice water leaks.
1. Clean all debris in the filter as well as
fibers, if any, around the pump
impeller.
2. Replace the filter.
3. If the filter cover consists of two pieces,
close the filter cover by pressing the
tab. If it is one piece, first position the
tabs in the lower part and then push
the upper part to close it.
Program cannot be started or selected.
• The product has switched to self-
protection mode due to a power supply
problem (voltage, water pressure, etc.).
>>> Depending on the model of the
product, select another program by
turning the program selection knob or by
pressing and holding the On/Off button
for 3 seconds to cancel the programme.
The previous program is cancelled. See
Cancel the program [}43]
