There is water in the product.
• There may be some water left in the
product due to quality control processes
during production. >>> This is not an
error; water is not harmful to the
product.
The product does not absorb water.
• Tap is turned off. >>> Open the taps.
• Water supply hose is kinked. >>>
Straighten the hose.
• Water inlet filter is clogged. >>> Clean the
filter
• The loading door is not closed. >>> Close the
door.
The water is not drained from the
product.
• Water drain hose is clogged or twisted.
>> > Clean or straighten the hose.
• Pump filter is clogged. >>> Clean the
pump filter.
Product vibrates or makes noise.
• Product is not in stable condition. >>>
Adjust the feet to balance the product.
• Something hard has entered the pump
filter. >>> Clean the pump filter.
• The transport protection bolts have not
been removed. >>> Remove the transport
protection bolts.
• The product contains too little laundry.
>> > Add more wax to the product.
• The product contains too much laundry.
>>> Take some laundry out of the product
or distribute it more evenly by hand for
more balance in the product.
• The product is leaning on a rigid object.
>>> Make sure that the product is not
leaning on anything.
Water is leaking from the bottom of the
product.
• Water drain hose is clogged or twisted.
>> > Clean or straighten the hose.
• Pump filter is clogged. >>> Clean the
pump filter.
The product stopped shortly after the
program started.
• The machine has temporarily stopped
due to low voltage. >>> The product will
resume running when the voltage
returns to the normal level.
Product immediately drains the added
water.
• Drain hose is not at the appropriate
height. >>> Connect the water drain hose
as described in the user manual.
During washing, no water is visible in
the product.
• The water is in an invisible part of the
product. >>> This is not a malfunction.
Loading door cannot be opened.
• Door lock is engaged by the water level
in the product. >>> Drain the water by
running the Pump or Spin program.
• The product is heating the water or is in
the spin cycle. >>> Wait for the program
to end.
• The loading door may be stuck due to the
pressure it is subjected to.
>>> Grab the handle and push and pull
the loading door until it releases and
open it.
• If there is no power, the loading door of
the product will not open. >>> To open
the loading door, open the pump filter
cover and push down the emergency
lever located on the back of this cover.

user manual. (*)
• Water pressure is low. >>> The product
waits for a suitable amount of water to
be supplied to avoid poor washing
quality due to a reduced amount of
water. Therefore, the washing time is
longer.
