The laundry comes out wet after the
drying step.
• The selected program may not be
suitable for the type of laundry.
> > > Check the labels on the clothes and
select a program accordingly, or select
additional programs with a timer.
• The machine may be overloaded. >>> Do
not overload the machine.
• Spinning may be insufficient for the
laundry. >>> Select a higher spin speed
in the wash step of the washer dryer.
The machine does not start up or the
program cannot be started.
• Power cord may be disconnected. >>>
Make sure the power cord is plugged in.
• The program may not be set, or the Start /
Pause / Cancel button may not be
pressed. >>> Make sure the program is
set and the machine is in standby mode.
• The child lock may not be active. >>>
Disable the child lock.
The laundry shrinks, fades, is tarnished or
damaged.
• The selected program may not be
suitable for the type of laundry.
> > > Check the labels on the clothes and

correctly by the end user without giving

The machine does not dry.
• The laundry may not have been dried, or
the drying step may not have been
enabled. >>> Check whether the drying
function is selected after the selected
washing programme.
Loading door cannot be opened.
• The door of the machine may not open for
safety reasons. >>> If the door lock
indicator is still active on the screen after
the drying step, the machine keeps the
door locked for safety reasons until it
cools down.
• If there is no power, the loading door of
the product will not open. >>> To open
the loading door, open the pump filter
cover and push down the emergency
lever located on the back of this cover.

(*) The product does not switch to the spin
phase when the laundry is not evenly
distributed in the drum to avoid damage to
the machine and its surroundings. The
laundry must be redistributed and spun
again. (**) The drum has not been cleaned
regularly. Clean the drum regularly. See ---
