• Detergent is mixed with fabric softener.
>>> Do not mix fabric softener with
detergent. Wash and clean the drawer
with hot water.
Detergent residue in the detergent compartment. (**)
• Detergent has been put in a wet drawer.
>> > Dry the detergent compartment
before adding detergent.
• Detergent has become damp. >>> Keep
detergent sealed in a moisture-free area
and do not expose it to extreme
temperatures.
• Water pressure is low. >>> Check the water
pressure.
• The detergent in the main wash compartment
got wet during the water intake for the
prewash. Holes of the detergent compartment
are blocked. >>> Check the holes and clean
them if they are clogged.
• There is a problem with the detergent
compartment flaps. >>> Call the
Authorized Service Agent.
• Detergent is mixed with fabric softener.

Only use the required amount of
detergent.
• Detergent was stored under improper
conditions. >>> Store detergent in a
closed and dry place. Do not keep it in
excessively hot places.
• Some net-like fabrics such as voile can
foam too much due to their weave
structure. >>> Use smaller amounts of
detergent for these types of items.
• Detergent has been put in the wrong
compartment. >>> Make sure you put the
detergent in the correct compartment.
• Fabric softener is taken too early. >>>
There may be a problem in the valves
or in the detergent compartment. Call
the Authorized Service Engineer.
Foam comes out of the detergent compartment.
• Too much detergent has been used. >>> Mix
1 tablespoon of softener and ½ l of water
and pour into the main wash compartment
of the detergent compartment. >>> Put in
the machine an amount of detergent
suitable for the programs and maximum
load as indicated in¨"Programme and
consumption table". If you add chemical
products (stain removers, bleaches, etc.) you
should reduce the amount of detergent.
Laundry remains wet after the program has
ended. (*)
• Excessive foaming has occurred and the
automatic foam absorption system has
been activated due to the use of too
much detergent.
>> > Use the recommended amount of
detergent.
Drying takes too long.
• The machine may be overloaded. >>> Do
not overload the machine.
• Spinning may be insufficient for the
laundry. >>> Select a higher spin speed
in the wash step of the washer dryer.
• Tap is turned off. >>> Open the taps.
